Greetings, 

On behalf of the Applicant Support Program (ASP) team, I would like to thank you for joining the recent GAC-ALAC discussion on the ASP. We greatly appreciated your participation and thoughtful contributions. The ICANN community is an invaluable ally in raising awareness of the program. 

For those who might have missed the meeting, the presentation slides and meeting recording are available on the GAC website. 

As part of our regular reporting, ICANN org provides monthly updates to the SubPro Implementation Review Team (IRT) on the program’s status and outreach and engagement efforts. As you may be aware, the IRT is the community body which the staff team works to ensure that the implementation conforms to the intent of the policy recommendations that were adopted by the IANN Board. The next IRT update is scheduled for 18 September 2025 from 12:00-14:00 UTC (see upcoming IRT meetings). These updates are open to the entire ICANN community, and we encourage GAC and ALAC members to join when possible.

In the meantime, if you have questions about the ASP, outreach activities, or opportunities for collaboration, please reach out to the Regional Vice President in your region. To request a speaker for an upcoming ASP or Next Round event in your country, territory, or region, please complete the Speaker Request Form. All upcoming engagement events are listed in ICANN’s Engagement Calendar.
