Hi Olivier,

Sorry this is late, I started it earlier but could not finish it before we left to the relatives for Thanksgiving dinner.

I do know that some of the constituencies have one mentor/mentee but not sure all of them will.  I do not see a list of all the constituencies included in the project from the link you sent..  I also agree with Sarah that 5 people is a bit much for one Mentor.  I think we possibly should have 2 mentors and they also switch off.  I know Fellowship assigns 2-3 people per coach and so they appear also to think that 5 people per mentor is too much.  I do like the idea of 1 mentee per RALO and for them to switch off, but have mixed feeling about using one or two of the extra travel spots we just received. As I recall we fought very hard for these extra spots and our rationalle for getting them was that we wanted to use them to allow people who are leading working groups or are active in working groups to be able to travel and attend the ICANN meetings instead of having them be remote or spend their own money as Dev and others have done recently.  As such, I think that devoting those slots to the Onboarding program is not the best idea. I would like to see some other method of increasing our Mentor/mentee numbers

I would love to see the document that Dev, Beran, and Isaac developed as I think it will be very helpful to read

Best,

Judith

A  query - Has it been confirmed that the GNSO is to get a mentor/mentee from their separate constituencies for 2018?

Yes. The evidence is here:
