thanks for your follow-up. I'd hold off sending anything to communities yet, until we know how the selection process will work. The deadline for sending names to the Onboarding Program is 15 December so we have time to discuss the process before moving forward.

So that's going to be two people being selected for the Onboarding Program thus 1 mentor & 1 mentee. I am copying the RALO Secretariats & the Outreach & Engagement working group as we need to discuss what our selection process is going to be for this. Of course, 1 or 2 mentors and 5 mentees, one for region, would be a lot better for us; however budgets are not high enough to sustain this.
