Understand your concern Olivier if we conceive the COP on one single year.Glenn, if the mentorship consists in attending sessions, it can’t lead to on boarding.
Perhaps we need to define first the objective of the program.
I know it’s too complex. It is because the staff conceived a program without consulting the community, and now, we have to take over something that we didn’t discuss the objectives, the expected outcome and the process.

APRALO has been silent through these discussions, as we already have our own Mentoring program which was considered reasonably successful (although it had no funding). We were planning to continue our program into its second edition.
Now that the Onboarding Program is gathering momentum, we are exploring how we can dovetail our program into the OP. Maureen and Holly will report back in the forthcoming ALAC call with our suggestions.
