This is a call for someone to help organize and perhaps moderate a one-time session at ICANN61. I did not use the term sponsoring in any specific way. I have a deep interest in OD and have followed ICANNs developments. I have a good understanding of the platform it uses and the strategy on distribution. On the other side of the world here, I train government and other sectors on the production, curation and distribution of open data and it's related public policy activities.
