Dear all, The Staff asked for regional advise from the North American RALO on the ALS application from the Foundation for Building Sustainable Communities (FBSC). It was decided during the monthly NARALO teleconference on August 11th that the regional advise would be to approve the application if no dissent was sent to the list within seven days after conclusion of the meeting. Not having seen any negative comments on the NA-discuss list until August 18th, it is the Staff¹s understanding that the region intends the approval of the application.
