Attached is a transcript of SO-AC-SG Leaders Call with CEO and Senior Staff on 17 July 2014, which was just released. A brief update was given on accountability WG proposal.

Note: - 49 comments received and being analyzed together with feedback from ICANN 50 + anything implicating accountability from the IANA Coordination Group work. - In a follow-up e-mail Theresa Swineheart indicated that staff will post the comments report as soon as they finish with the analysis. - Role and contribution of CWGs discussed and clarified. Read doc for GNSO leaders' exchange with Fadi on CWG.

Separate to this, Board will be briefed on 30th July regarding status of the accountability track.
