The Final Recommendations have just been sent to the Board and are attached here. Alice, could you please see that this is posted promptly to the ICANN website (as an Announcement) and to the AoC site as well.

Attached is the latest version. I have been maintaining my own version of the "master" document and have now integrated the comments from Larry and a couple of substantive edits from Louie (Appendix A) and Cheryl (Recommendation 19). I am still adding some of the grammar and formatting edits from Louie and Cheryl. I also added an edit to Appendix A re: Management of Public Comments.
Please provide feedback on the following:
1. Currently, the "priority recommendations are listed as # 7, 9, 10, 11, 15, 16, 17 and 23. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU AGREE WITH THIS LIST.
2. Let me know if I have missed substantive edits you provided in the last few days.
Please note the following:
1. I have asked Denise Michel and Alice for assistance in getting links to the documents for the 2 missing footnotes (James is assisting on one as well.)
2. I will do a final edit of all the footnotes and a spell check.
If there are any other items, please send me edits now. I intend to send this to the Board no later than tomorrow morning U.S. EST.
