Suggested next steps for ICANN/At-Large At this stage, I do not expect you to be able to read through the whole document by our meeting tomorrow at the ICANN offices, but I look forward to summarize its main lines to you in person. Please note that I did not author this report under any authority other than my personal opinions - hence as an individual only, for various reasons. However, since I had access to the WCIT's meetings thanks to being a full delegate in the UK Delegation, I have obtained prior permission from our Head of Delegation to release its contents with no restriction.
