Dear ALAC Members, During today’s teleconference, you will discuss the ALAC Final Recommendations on the At-Large Community Director Selection Process. You will find the complete agenda under: https://st.icann.org/alac/index.cgi?27%20july%202010 In advance of today’s teleconference, please review the attached ALAC Final Recommendations on the At-Large Community Director Selection Process. The document was sent to the ICANN Board Structural Improvements Committee on June 9th 2010, with no one from the ABSdt opposing it. Although the ALAC has delegated responsibility for the At-Large director selection process to the ABSdt, in order to make it official, the ALAC is asked to formally accept the recommendations during today’s call. The question that will be asked is the following: Does the ALAC agree that the ALAC Final Recommendations on the At-Large Community Director Selection Process (the attached document) be considered as the final version?
