Re: [ALAC] [IANA-issues] TR: [Accountability-dt] For review - Final Version of Enhancing ICANN Accountability CWG Charter
Dear, this is the opinion of LACRALO: We agree with what Vanda has pointed out. Particularly, we suggest to follow the advise of adding one sentence to the chapter procedures. In this respect, we support the suggestion already done. This means: " Add to any criteria under consideration an impact analysis on the efficiency, efficacy and costs related to substantives processes that ICANN shall be transparent and accountable to its community" Kind regards Alberto Soto De: iana-issues-bounces@atlarge-lists.icann.org [mailto:iana-issues-bounces@atlarge-lists.icann.org] En nombre de Tijani BEN JEMAA Enviado el: lunes, 03 de noviembre de 2014 11:06 a.m. Para: 'Olivier MJ Crepin-Leblond'; iana-issues@atlarge-lists.icann.org; 'ALAC' Asunto: Re: [IANA-issues] [ALAC] TR: [Accountability-dt] For review - Final Version of Enhancing ICANN Accountability CWG Charter Hi Olivier, I dont think it is a good idea to have people appointed member of CWG and the CCWG simultaneously. Thanks Alberto, What are the thoughts of the rest in the list? Is there any additional issue Tijani and I should raise in the DT? Best regards, León Enviado desde mi iPhone

PEOPLE ARE COMMENTING ON VARIOUS LISTS BUT NO ONE IS PUTTING ANYTHING ON THE WIKI - https://community.icann.org/x/JjDxAg. This Charter is going to multiple AC/SOs. Any amendment that will actually take effect must be approved by all of them, so we need agreement on specific wording and we must send to other AC/SOs. OTHERWISE WE ARE JUST WASTING OUR TIME. I NOTE THE GNSO MAY VOTE ON APPROVING THIS MOTION TOMORROW AND OUR COMMENT PERIOD CLOSES IN JUST OVER 8 HOURS. Alan At 12/11/2014 09:26 AM, Alberto Soto wrote:
