This Advisory Panel will review the proposed KPIs in the preliminary proposal of gTLD Marketplace Health Index <https://www.icann.org/en/system/files/files/gtld-marketplace-health-index-pr...>, as well as the suggested potential updates in light of the public comment <https://www.icann.org/public-comments/gtld-marketplace-health-2015-11-17-en> on this preliminary proposal.
