Dear All, On behalf of Justine Chew and Claire Craig, ALAC Co-Vice Chairs, this is a 48-hour Consensus call for the 15 members of the ALAC on the report entitled “ICANN Principles of Continuous Improvement as they relate to the At-Large Advisory Committee (ALAC)<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1VM2OxN8zZEMtz6dDUj7fF9a_T7vToP8WVH3g6uOkjDM/edit>” prepared by the ALAC CIP Small Team. Earlier versions of this document have been presented on the 23 July ALAC monthly call and the 18 July OFB-WG call. The Consensus call will close on Thursday, 25 July at 23:59 UTC. Please let us know if you have any significant comments or concerns related to this document. The document contains a wealth of valuable information, but it is challenging to read and follow due to inconsistent indentation and an unclear color scheme. While I support the content, I strongly recommend that an editor reformat it to enhance readability. Additionally, I suggest removing the color scheme before the document is submitted to its intended destination.
