Pleased see the attached correspondence from the Empowered Community Administration certifying the decisions made by each Decisional Participant regarding the Fundamental Bylaw change proposed by the ICANN Board of Directors in their Board resolution 2017.05.18.04 – 2017.05.18.07.

I am pleased to report that all five Decisional Participants, through their internal procedures, reached a decision regarding the matter before them, and further, that all five Decisional Participants approved the proposed Bylaw change.
