The Outreach and Engagement SC (O&E) created a presentation about At-Large when meeting with the Nextgen students at ICANN56 and ICANN 57. Dev These are terrific slides. I gave 4 one hour sessions on ALAC in Hyderabad and used the slides below to talk to. they are no where near as nice as yours, but may provide some thoughts? Also, an action item on me that sits in the to-do basket is to work with everyone so we have a coordinated information package - and this looks like a huge start. Dear Dev, Great Job, congrats !!!! Just want to tell that would be great in the part of "Policy Advice Development" if there is any possibility to put a "measure" on how effective were all the advice that At-large gave, a real impact (Maybe in a board decision). Thanks José, it is a good idea, unfortunately that information isn't clearly documented anywhere so it would have to fall on Staff to help research this or rely on those persons that have been "in the trenches" long enough to remember such outcomes. That is a HUGE ask. What is meant by win - having a WG stop deliberations to answer a question you have asked. change the wording as suggested, add extra clause/requirement(s) in a process, or bigger things - having funding for gTLD applicants be directed to areas outside the US and Europe, pushing (successfully) for treatment of IDNs, I don’t think any of us from the trenches have either documented any ‘wins’ or even seen them as such. And what about when we agree with others (the SSAC, GAC, some members of a WG) and support them? And Maybe Jose is right in that it is just not visible - not even thought of.
