Nomination of Vanda Scartezini for GAC Liaison
HI All, I noticed that the Liaisons are up for re-election this year and so I nominate Vanda Scartezini for the GAC Liaison position. To be clear, all Liaisons to AC/SOs are appointed for one year terms and must be reappointed if they are to continue (or a new person selected by the ALAC). If the incumbent is willing to serve, the ALAC has the option of reappointing without issuing a call for nominations. I am not aware of Maureen having started that process this year. Hi everyone The selection/election of the ALT, ALAC Chair and Liaisons are at the bottom of the 2019 ALAC and RALO Elections page, but they are not appointments that fit into this election period.
