The draft builds on the goal that "...domain names in a TLD must be useable in applications regardless of the written script and length or newness of the TLD", and aims to address UA challenges of all new TLDs including IDNs.

The draft document is available for comments until 18 July 2014. Kindly provide visibility for this very important initiative amongst your own TLD, IDN, and language community groups.
