I can speak. No guarantee anyone takes my sage advice to heart. Occasionally they do. If it is something that is deemed to be of importance, then we should be doing prior one-on-one talking to get support and gauge what other opinions are. Also attached is an updated Final Issue Report. The only changes relate to cleaning up the use of certain definitions (using INGOs of NGOs).

We enjoy your sage advice now and again. But for something of this nature, would be perhaps useful to send a letter from the ALAC to the GNSO Council.
