Approval of NomCom Chair & Chair-Elect Whereas, the BGC has reviewed the Expressions of Interest from candidates for the Nominating Committee ("NomCom") Chair and Chair-Elect. Whereas, the BGC agreed upon a short list of candidates and invited interested Board members to participate in interviews with those candidates, which resulted in recommendations to the Board. *Resolved* (2011.08.25.07), the Board adopts the recommendation of the BGC and hereby appoints Vanda Scartezini as the 2012 NomCom Chair and Rob Hall as the 2012 NomCom Chair-Elect.
