Policy Advice Schedule - New Constituency Petition and Charter
Dear All: I wish to clarify my statement on the policy Advice Schedule at today's Monthly ALAC Teleconference. According to the schedule, the comment period for the New Constituency Petition and Charter closes on 13th February. If ALAC must make that date, ALAC must produce and post a draft advisory for comment by the community by 30th January. ALAC must advice and consent to the lead drafter by tomorrow, 27th January. I would suggest that given his involvement in the process, Beau is asked to take the pen on this. Kind regards, Carlton Samuels
