Later news seems to be that the Heathrow Express will be operating on Friday, but with reduced service to some terminals. https://www.heathrowexpress.com/timetable-schedule/service-plans#542 19 - 20 June 2014: We will be running an amended service during the RMT strikes Due to RMT strike action from 12:00 on Thursday June 19 to 12:00 Friday June 20 and throughout Sunday June 22, we will be running an amended service.

First train departs London Paddington - 05:10 Last train departs London Paddington - 21:55
Trains depart London Paddington every 15 minutes at 10, 25, 40 and 55 minutes past the hour.
London Paddington to Heathrow Terminal 4 - every 30 minutes
Trains depart London Paddington at 10 and 40 minutes past the hour.
London Paddington to Heathrow Terminal 5 - every 30 minutes
Trains depart London Paddington at 25 and 55 minutes past the hour.
Heathrow Terminal 4 to London Paddington (via Terminals 1, 2 & 3) - every 30 minutes
Last train departs at 21:12.
Trains depart at 12 and 42 minutes past the hour.
Heathrow Terminal 5 to London Paddington (via Terminals 1, 2 & 3) - every 30 minutes
Last train departs 22:42.
Trains depart at 27 and 57 minutes past the hour.
Our normal service resumes at 14:55 on Friday and our normal timetable will be in operation on Saturday 21 June.
