The objective of the "Enhancing the Effectiveness of ICANN's Multistakeholder Model – Next Steps" paper is to build upon existing work taking place across the ICANN community to holistically address the community-identified priority topics and enhance the effective and efficient functioning of ICANN's multistakeholder model. This paper describes work currently underway, identifies gaps in those efforts that would benefit from inclusion in this effort, and suggests a path toward addressing each of those gaps, including proposed work processes or mechanisms, how they may be applied, and which groups may be best positioned to lead those efforts.
