Community TLDs have been of interest and importance to At-Large. ICANN has put out a proposal for how such TLDs could be changed once delegated and Justine Chew volunteered to look at it. In general, the draft procedure is fine, but Justine did identify a few places where change is warranted and has drafted a statement. The comment period formally closed yesterday, but we have a short extension.
