Dear Patrick: cc: Leadership of the New gTLD Working Group, ALAC Members At its meeting yesterday, the ALAC Executive Committee reviewed the At-Large Policy Advice Development calendar (www.atlarge.icann.org/policycalendar) to bring it up to date in advance of the Sydney meeting. They recalled that you had volunteered to draft a follow-on statement on the subject of the IRT Final Report as a follow-up to the statement on the Draft Report that you developed previously. In order to ensure that comments arrive within the public comment period, this draft report would be needed by the end of the day on the 12th June, which is just a couple of days away. We were asked to speak to you and see if you would be able to help out with this statement draft, and if the other members of the community interested in the IRT process, especially those with legal expertise in the field, might be able to help review the result?
