Dear Alan, I’m sorry for the late reply; Today was the legislative election in Tunisia. I didn’t come to my computer till now. The draft charter that I sent was done by staff (copy and paste from the CWG charter). Only the problem statement and part of the scope was worked. In the scope, the questions to be considered for work stream 1 and 2 are to be more worked, especially for the work stream 2. So this draft is far from being finished. The drafting team chair wanted the scope of the charter to include the list of the issues to be addressed by the CCWG, but I objected, supported by most of the participants, arguing that it is the role of the WG itself to do so. We found a consensus to give high level guidance. The work just started.
