Plan to put the following bullet points on a thank you note to Endo-san at
today's Board meeting.

Thank You to Atsushi ENDO
- Serving on the DotAsia Board since its formal beginning in 2006
- Constructive and attentive participation throughout his tenure,
demonstrating commitment to the community
- Stepping up at a time of turbulence with firm guidance in face of
adversity
- First ever DotAsia Board appointed meeting Chair (DotAsia Board Meeting
Chair since May 2019)
- Seeing through the adoption of foundation governance documents for DotAsia

Please feel free to add your thoughts comments here or during the meeting
and we will include it in as a resolution in the minutes for this meeting.
