Hi Jahangir,

I am unable to understand the question, especially considering the following two points:

1. Each RALO functions independently and has its own Rules of Procedures (ROPs)
2. APRALO elections are held as per APRALO Rules of Procedures. 

My suggestion would be to please go through the ROP once again and then make suggestions based on what is mentioned for the next round of elections.
