I’m writing you today to inform you about an important timing change with respect to our Nominating Committee (NomCom) processes for the coming appointment cycle.  Specifically, we intend to open our application period in mid-December 2019 and close it in mid-February 2020.  Historically, our application window has closed at the end of March.

Please let members of your constituency or advisory committee know about these important changes to the timing of the application window and encourage qualified candidates from within your parts of the community to consider applying for one of the 7 leadership positions we are filling this year:

• 2 ICANN Board Directors
• 1 PTI Board Director
• 1 GNSO Council Member (non-voting)
• 1 ccNSO Council Member
• 2 ALAC Members, one from North America and the other from Europe.
