Dear AP Regional Members:

This is the first of a couple of emails preparatory to our meeting next week.

ICANN are arranging for conference passes, which include coffee breaks lunch on the 28th, plus transfers to your hotel to and from the airport amongst other benefits, for the following participants.

Note that you will be able to pickup your badge at the Registration Centre of the BICC (Bali International Conference Centre) on the ground floor, which opens every day at 0830 local time.

You will receive email from APRICOT shortly, to help arrange your airport shuttle to and from your hotels.

Those not listed below who are attending the meeting will already have received your conference badges separately no doubt.
