We hereby invite you to attend the APRALO Hybrid Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2024 to be held in conjunction with ICANN81, specifically on Sunday, 10 November 2024, at 13:30 UTC / 16:30 Türkiye time, at the Istanbul Congress Centre in Istanbul, Türkiye in Meeting room Emigran 1.

As this AGM will be a hybrid event, you have the option of attending (a) by remote participation OR (b) in-person if you are already planning to participate in ICANN81 in-person. No travel support is provided for this AGM.

All Community Members are encouraged to participate in this AGM, and to especially do so for agenda item no. 5.

However, only APRALO Accredited Members will be invited to adopt the FY2024 Annual Report after ICANN81.
