As you are aware, At-Large has been undergoing a review process, and the draft report has now been made available for public comments. More details are available here: https://www.icann.org/news/announcement-2017-02-02-en

As part of the public comments process, the Leadership of the Regional At-Large Organizations (RALOs) have been working on collating responses of particular relevance from the perspective of RALOs and At-Large Structures (ALSes). Accordingly, issues identified as especially pertinent to RALOs and ALSes have been compiled into a Google document that is available at the following URL:

Kindly incorporate into this document any review comments that you may have that relate to specifically to RALOs/ALSes. If you do not have a Google Account, kindly add your name to the comment that you enter (if you are logged in into a Google Account, your name would be automatically captured). The comments entered here will be collated and submitted to the public comments process.
