As you have heard previously, ICANN will be providing travel support to allow one representative of each ALS to attend the New Delhi ICANN Meeting in February.

At this time, we need to receive an RSVP from EACH ALS who wishes to avail themselves of travel support from ICANN.

Note that if you do not provide an RSVP on or before 4 January 2008, travel support will not be available from ICANN as we need sufficient time to allow our travel service providers to work with you to arrange your travel itinerary.

What we need you to do:

Each ALS should reply to THIS LIST, AND to ICANN's travel coordinator Stacy Hoffberg (stacy.hoffberg@icann.org) with the following information:

1) Name of ALS

2) Name of Delegate to receive travel support

3) Departure City of delegate

4) Return city of delegate

5) Do you already have a visa for India, or will you need to apply for one?

Please note that Stacy Hoffberg will be providing all of those who RSVP with complete information on how all aspects of travel support will be handled. Please also note that I do not handle travel matters for At-Large, so asking me questions instead of Stacy will not help you or help me to help you.

Finally, be advised that I am on leave from 22 December 2007 - 2 January 2008. I will not see any emails that you send to me during this time, but I will upon my return.
