1) If you are signing tomorrow, I have your name correctly below for the document;
2) If you are signing tomorrow, that the name of your ALS below is correct for the document
2) If your name does NOT appear below and you are an ALS, that you send me your name and your organisations's name as you wish it to appear on the document.

REMOTE PARTICIPATION: I very much regret to tell you that remote participation via teleconference is at best very problematic. I am truly sorry about this but unfortunately I am unable to do anything to help the situation. I recommend that you listen to the audio stream and video stream of the event rather than try to connect to the teleconference links.

There will be a running order of events for the ceremony posted shortly this morning - I will forward it and the online link to it as soon as it is posted. 
I will also post a version of the text which will be signed tomorrow online shortly too. It is identical in all respects to the version electronically signed by your ALSes with the exception of the signature line, which recognises that you have already signed and are reaffirming that previous signature.
