Dear All,

On behalf of Maureen Hilyard, Chair of the ALAC, a call for membership for the follow At-Large Summit (ATLAS) III working groups is being made in anticipation of the third At-Large Summit at ICANN66 in November 2019;

1. ATLAS III Delegates Working Group
   1. Members of this working group will establish the metrics and the selection process for travelers to ATLAS III.
   2. CRITERIA to include applicants that are already active in At-Large activities.
   3. Maureen Hilyard and Alan Greenberg will lead this group.

2. ATLAS III Programme Working Group
   1. Members of this working group will work to determine the program and allocation of rooms for the various ATLAS III activities
   2. CRITERIA to include those who are active in At-Large Policy issues
   3. Olivier Crépin-Leblond and Eduardo Diaz will lead this working group

Please complete the Google document with your Expression of Interest (EOI’s) for one or both of the working groups.

These two working groups will be reporting to the ATLAS III Leadership Team on a regular basis.

There will be other Working Groups but those will be open and more information will follow later. The Communications group will be lead by the Leadership Team with input from members from these two groups.

Important: Please note that membership of these working groups will not influence any application to be a supported traveler to attend ATLAS III.

The call for membership will close on Friday 30 November 2018.
