Dear all,

I agree with Bilal that as the funds available with ALS' at this stage are limited to meet their individual organisational goal, but it is equally important to have such interim meetings in order to discus and streamline the future course of action of APRALO (as also the member ALS') it would be advisable that ICANN bears the cost of these  initial but crutial discussions.

We do understand that the funds at ICANN at this stage would be limited so a suitable solution for the same could be arrived at by consensus, if required sponsorship options could also be explored.
