I wanted to  inform you personally that I will be returning to the private sector in late January.  

There is never a good time to do this, but I feel that the work on the APAC hub is on track and this is a good juncture to pass the baton to the rest of the team.  Most importantly, Jia-Rong who is a key member of the APAC Hub, is more than capable of succeeding me in my duties. I have every confidence that he will be able to work closely with you, and to take the APAC Hub to the next level.    Of course, Kelvin will continue the incredible work we have done as part of the collaborative framework.
