Dear Olivier,What I intended to say, that I didn't recieve the call from my ALS.
I'm on the At-large list and I did receive the call, but I hoped and it would have been a healthy practice that the ALS representatives forward this email and other RALO or ICANN Newsletters to their ALS members.
Not all ALS representatives does as Roberto have written, it would be great if some ALS members start taking the courses and learn more about ICANN and maybe some of them are already engaged in other constituencies of ICANN and we can recruit them to be interested of At-large.
I think there is a subcommittee in ARWIG trying to develop a metrics for the ALSes.

Are you saying you did not receive the initial announcement call for
applications for ATLAS III? Are you subscribed to ALAC-Announce?
