I'm very sorry to inform you that there is a technical fault with joining the teleconference today. When you key in the access code, you will be told that it is invalid. Please do stay on the line though, an operator should come online, and then if you give them the passcode they'll join you to the call.
Verizon are working on fixing this at the moment. Please let me know if this doesn't work for you, and send me the number you would like to be called by the service on and I will have them call you instead.
