I have prepared a draft agenda, incorporating (I hope all) points made previously about what should be discussed, and also preparatory documents to facilitate the meeting.
Of course, as stated, the agenda is in draft form and may be amended as you all wish at the meeting.
Printed versions of these texts will be available at the meeting itself.
