Having been an online participant in the past 10 ICANN Public Forum Meetings, in almost every session one needs to echo

"One Size Does Not Fit All".

Taking a cue from Tomsil's Chat during the meeting, can we label Commercial as "Economics" and Non - Commercial as "Engineering' '. The basics

Needless to mention DNS is an application layer idea and hence it is well - knitted into Internet (web) programming.tools and techniques.
