Just FYI we have travel requests in from Bilal, Cheryl, Kaitairana (hope I didn't just misspell it), and now Kuo.

 

Clearly we cannot afford to bring you all. I am going on leave from Friday through Tuesday. If I can ask the regional leaders to interface with Geoff Currie of TravelForce, and also ask them to decide how to share out the remaining amount of the travel support which ICANN is making available (US$5000 less the amount of Raj's ticket). Note that this doesn't mean you can authorise Geoff to buy tickets, just that you should work amongst yourselves to decide who is to get the support.

 

I will ask that Geoff works with Denise on the tickets and I will tell Michael Evans we will have 2-3 additional people who will need hotel rooms, and that I will get with him when I return on Tuesday.

 

My suggestion is that you should get those who are most affordable in first - Kuo's ticket is quite inexpensive, whilst I suspect Bilal's would be expensive. In this way, you can have the maximum number of members of the community actually present at the meeting.
