I think it is great that we have so many volunteers to do outreach within our region, particularly if it is close to where you are based.

I would suggest that:

When you apply as a volunteer that you present your approach to the leadership team about what you aim to do to support the work of APRALO and ICANN.
It is important that our volunteers are also part of the Outreach and Engagement Working Group so that you can share what you did and what worked at an event.
It would be an idea for the RALO Outreach team to meet regularly before an outreach event, to ensure that they are consistent with ICANN policy messages and
That you have planned a variety of activities to help to consolidate the key messages you are taking out into our communities.
