On behalf of Maureen Hilyard, Chair of the ALAC, and Roberto Gaetano, Chair of the Unaffiliated Individual Members Working Party (UIM-WP), please find the final draft of the Unaffiliated Individuals Mobilization Working Party Report  for your review (see Google doc at: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1uE4ue7roIpYY_OeX_A6-BtrxcKOkq-PcPhXRj8n7YwM/edit) .

The UIM-WP was asked to work on one of the key issues within the At-Large Review Implementation which was to ensure that At-Large Individual Users are able to fulfill one of their original mandates of providing an active communications path between ICANN At-Large and its Individual Users. The UIM-WP completed a comprehensive review of the criteria for an Individual User to be accepted as a RALO Individual Member, and once accepted, what is expected of a RALO Individual Member.

The ALAC and RALOs are now requested to review the final draft report and add any comments directly to the Google document by 14 March 2021.

The UIM-WP will review all comments before sending the Unaffiliated Individuals Mobilization Working Party Report to the ALAC.
