Dear All, Please see the note below on the opening of the application process for Remote Hubs at ICANN 55. ** Applications for Remote Hubs at ICANN55 has gone live. Interested ENTITIES, not individuals, can go to the ICANN Remote Hubs<https://meetings.icann.org/en/remote-participation#remote-hubs> section of the Remote Participation webpage, where the Terms, Directions and Application link can all be found. The application form will close on February 29, in time for decisions to be made on entities that will ultimately host and Tech team preparation. The sessions tentatively set as available for Remote Hubs are: 1. Monday: IANA Stewardship Transition Implementation: 1345-1500 2. Monday Public Forum 1: 1700-1830 3. Thursday Internet Governance: 0900-1015 4. Thursday Public Forum 2: 1330-1530 As a reminder, ICANN Meeting Remote Hubs is a remote participation resource open to all, but prioritizes engagement around groups of interested participants from developing nations who might not otherwise have the ICANN Meeting experience. The goal is to simulate the physical room experience, promoting lively and topical discussion between the remote participants as would happen in a face to face environment...and see positive outcomes related to more engagement and participation both regionally and within the ICANN communities.
