Dear All, Here is the draft agenda for the coming APRALO tele-conference, if you wish to add/comment, please do so by the 18th of August. 1. Participation Issue at meetings, tried to email list to remind people of the meeting 2 weeks in advance, any other ideas? 2. Latest from Hong about the IGF Proposal 3. Izumi, you've taken the words out of the staff's mouth :) We are presently preparing two communications: one which will review the worldwide situation with respect to the upcoming elections (there is at least 1 member of ALAC being elected in each region, and in Europe there are 2), with a region-by-region summary of those provisions in RALO MoUs and Operating Procedures that relate to elections, and a second email for each region with a proposed time schedule and procedure for concluding the various elections. This should be sent out within a day or two at the most.
