New ALS Application received
Dear All, This is to inform you that we received an ALS application from the South Pacific Computer Society. It is based in Suva, Fiji, and would be a member of APRALO if accepted. Hi everyone Just to let you know that I would support this application from SPACs in Fiji. Through my work with USP, I know that they are active in involving secondary students across the region in an annual computer quiz ( I have had personal involvement) and through USP, they are expanding their university student membership base. They have also contributed submissions towards legislative reviews undertaken by the Fiji government. Good local and regional contacts. I agree, I am very excited to have Nepal join us. They are a good lot and I met some of their members at an APNIC meeting in Bussan. This is really really awesome. I am also glad that the South Pacific Computer Society is joining us. They are vey active in ICT in the region.
