Dear All, On behalf of Tijani Ben Jemaa, Chair of the At-Large Capacity Building Working Group, we are requesting your suggestions for the topics of the Capacity Building webinars. These webinars are important tools for both new and experienced members of the At-Large community. My suggestion is - new gTLD and - what you need to know about it when buying a new domain under the new TLDs. The topic shall talk about what they shall ask to their ISPs- RAA new agreement and user rights, external facilities like Skype and browsers, IDNs more difficulties, and what people shall take into consideration before buying.
