For those who don't already know this, the African ALS Community finished their MoU with ICANN and it went off to the Office of the General Counsel late last week. The European ALS community will also be meeting in Lisbon and are committed to finishing work on their MoU and Bylaws there - making three (!) new RALOs at one ICANN Meeting.
