I am the primary ALS contact for ISOC Armenia since 2013. Since then I have participated to many ICANN meetings, most of them being selected as a Fellow though ICANN Fellowship program. I have also a two-time coaching experience for ICANN community newcomers.

Being a Board member of ISOC Armenia, I was the one who initiated the discussion in local community regarding the need of Armenian IDN ccTLD resulting its delegation and launch in 2015 in addition to management of Latin script ccTLD. Thus, my interest to Domain names and their Policy related issues is significant.

I am also actively involved in Internet governance ecosystem on national, regional and global levels. I am happy to inform you that I put much efforts to make the Armenian IGF a successful regular event. We launched this forum in 2015 and had 2 annual meetings organized by a Multistakeholder Organizational Committee, me being one of its members. Besides, I am also a member of Executive Committee for the South-Eastern European Dialogue on Internet Governance (SEEDIG) for already 3 years starting its launch in 2015. I have also been a participant and a Fellow for Asia-Pacific regional IGF (APrIGF). As for the global IGF, I represent the national Armenian IGF within the network of National and Regional IGF Initiatives known as NRIs, am active participant of regular calls throughout the year and contributed to creation of Tool Kit for newly establishing NRIs. Currently, in consultation with APRALO colleagues, I initiate to establish a School on Internet governance for interested students from the Armenian universities.

In conclusion, I would like to reiterate that I am also active in APRALO meetings and discussions, as well as monthly calls and I believe I can serve for the APRALO community in the position of Vice-Chair with my activity, knowledge and experience.

I am also actively involved in Internet governance ecosystem on national, regional and global levels. Besides, I am also a member of Executive Committee for the South-Eastern European Dialogue on Internet Governance (SEEDIG) for already 3 years starting its launch in 2015. I have also been a participant and a Fellow for Asia-Pacific regional IGF (APrIGF). As for the global IGF, I represent the national Armenian IGF within the network of National and Regional IGF Initiatives known as NRIs, am active participant of regular calls throughout the year and contributed to creation of Tool Kit for newly establishing NRIs. Currently, in consultation with APRALO colleagues, I initiate to establish a School on Internet governance for interested students from the Armenian universities.

In conclusion, I would like to reiterate that I am also active in APRALO meetings and discussions, as well as monthly calls and I believe I can serve for the APRALO community in the position of Vice-Chair with my activity, knowledge and experience.

I am the primary ALS contact for ISOC Armenia since 2013. Since then I have participated to many ICANN meetings, most of them being selected as a Fellow though ICANN Fellowship program. I have also a two-time coaching experience for ICANN community newcomers.

Being a Board member of ISOC Armenia, I was the one who initiated the discussion in local community regarding the need of Armenian IDN ccTLD resulting its delegation and launch in 2015 in addition to management of Latin script ccTLD. Thus, my interest to Domain names and their Policy related issues is significant.

I am also actively involved in Internet governance ecosystem on national, regional and global levels. I am happy to inform you that I put much efforts to make the Armenian IGF a successful regular event. We launched this forum in 2015 and had 2 annual meetings organized by a Multistakeholder Organizational Committee, me being one of its members. Besides, I am also a member of Executive Committee for the South-Eastern European Dialogue on Internet Governance (SEEDIG) for already 3 years starting its launch in 2015. I have also been a participant and a Fellow for Asia-Pacific regional IGF (APrIGF). As for the global IGF, I represent the national Armenian IGF within the network of National and Regional IGF Initiatives known as NRIs, am active participant of regular calls throughout the year and contributed to creation of Tool Kit for newly establishing NRIs. Currently, in consultation with APRALO colleagues, I initiate to establish a School on Internet governance for interested students from the Armenian universities.

In conclusion, I would like to reiterate that I am also active in APRALO meetings and discussions, as well as monthly calls and I believe I can serve for the APRALO community in the position of Vice-Chair with my activity, knowledge and experience.
