Dear colleagues, As previously discussed in several APRALO meetings we know have a worldwide RALO calender to add our regional events and ALS events. Could you please update with your events prior to the up comming APRALO meeting. We can then discuss possible outreach opportunities based on the calender events provided by you. I will also discuss the new At-Large external events calendar (see the orange-colored events at: <https://st.icann.org/alac/index.cgi>https://st.icann.org/alac/index.cgi - and click on the arrow on the right hand-hand side of the calendar to specify At-Large External Events). It is important that APRALO ALSes identify upcoming APRALO outreach events on this calendar prior to Tuesday’s call with ICANN CEO Rod Beckstrom, as this issue is a main agenda item (see: <https://st.icann.org/alac/index.cgi/index.cgi?alac_call_with_rod_beckstrom>https://st.icann.org/alac/index.cgi/index.cgi?alac_call_with_rod_beckstrom). Please could you send out a message requesting this information – and add your own events, as well.

As you will hear during tomorrow’s Cross-RALO call, At-Large staff have created an At-Large external events calendar using Google calendars. You may recall that this was an action item from the Secretariats meeting in Sydney and is to contain upcoming events from the RALOs as well as global partnerships. It is suggested that this calendar of regional events be used as a means to highlight upcoming events in the RALOs and Global Partnerships rather than using thumbtacks in the RALO maps. APRALO may also wish to create a wiki page of upcoming events in the region. EURALO recently created a regional events wiki where information on upcoming events is available and people can sign up to participate: <https://st.icann.org/euralo/index.cgi?euralo_regional_events>https://st.icann.org/euralo/index.cgi?euralo_regional_events. Would APRALO like a similar page, or is the Google calendar sufficient?

Suggested agenda items include:

1) planning for Seoul – if APRALO would like to schedule a physical meeting during the Seoul Meeting, At-Large staff need to know no later than 1 September;

2) feedback from the two community calls on travel support/regional meetings
